Coming soon: Volunteer Opportunities ...
Registration:
We are asking everyone to register for the services they plan to attend in person, as well as register for childcare and/or children's programming. Register here ...
If you prefer to print a PDF registration form and send/bring it to the Beit Am office, you can get the printable form here...
We are not selling or issuing tickets. Registration helps us in planning how many volunteers are needed for greeting, ushering, meal preparation, children’s supervision and programming, as well as how many tables and chairs are needed for services and meals.
Donations Back to top of page...^
Non-members, please consider making a donation to Beit Am. We suggest a donation of $50/person, up to $100/family.
Donations to place names in our Book of Remembrance or to inscribe a name in a Machzor or Siddur can be made here...
If you prefer to print a PDF form for donation opportunities, you can get the printable form here...
Parking Back to top of page...^
Once the Beit Am parking lot is full, parking attendants or a sign posted at the foot of the driveway will instruct drivers to park next door in the LDS parking lot.
Please arrive 15 – 30 minutes before the start of services to allow time for parking, checking in, and seating.
All programming, except Tashlich, will be held at Beit Am – 4318 NW Circle Blvd., Corvallis
Bags Back to top of page...^
We strongly encourage people not to bring bags to services, with the exception of tallit bags, bags containing necessary children’s items such as formula or diapers, and bags with medications. To ensure a safe service, greeters at the check-in table will ask you to leave any bags in the car or allow a greeter to search your bag. Bags brought into the building, with the exception of tallit bags, will be left up front at the coat rack.
Reconnecting Back to top of page...^
We recognize that the High Holidays are a time for reconnecting with friends we may not have seen all year. We also have only one front door and a small building. For this reason, we will ask people to keep moving through the front entrance, down the hall, and through the gallery into the sanctuary. You will have a chance to catch up at the oneg or luncheon following Rosh Hashanah services and between services or at the break-the-fast meal on Yom Kippur. Please continue moving from the parking lot to the sanctuary to avoid bottlenecks and blocking parking spaces, entrances, and hallways.
G'mar Chatima Tova!
