Beit Am is planning our customary schedule of in-person High Holiday services, with Zoom access for those who prefer to join us virtually. Beit Am’s High Holiday services are open to all our members and their guests with no fee or required donation. Please watch your email for information about registration, Beit Am is updating our procedures for enhanced security.

*This simple meditation practice is designed to assist people who enjoy guided mediation and those who have not yet had this experience. The practice includes an awareness exercise using the environment and body as focus points. The mediation itself lasts about 20 minutes. Many people have found this a nice first meditation experience.
